Shipping and delivery
Noumair offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, regardless of the purchase amount. There are no hidden fees or additional delivery charges at checkout.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) are processed on the same business day. Processing your order takes 1 to 3 business days, followed by a transit time of 4 to 9 business days to U.S. addresses. In total, you can expect your package within 5 to 12 business days.

If your shipment is taking longer than expected, please send a message to info@noumair.com. Our support team is ready to check the status of your package and assist you right away.
To ensure reliable delivery across the USA, we partner with reputable courier services including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow the current status and location of your parcel through our dedicated tracking page on the website.
Orders & Payments
As soon as your purchase is completed, an automated confirmation email containing all your order details will be sent to you. We recommend checking your promotions or spam folders to ensure the message was delivered. If you do not see a confirmation within a few hours, please contact our support team.

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of your purchase, provided the items have not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow our standard return procedure after the package arrives.
If you cannot find your confirmation, it may have been filtered into your junk or spam folder. We suggest searching your inbox for info@noumair.com. If the email is still missing, please send a message to our support team at that same address, and we will verify your order status immediately.
Returns
To initiate a return, please email info@noumair.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, repack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included, and follow the specific shipping instructions provided by our team.

Noumair covers return shipping costs for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For returns due to personal preference or a change of mind, the shipping cost and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, products must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
